Set in the hill tops of Ganties near Aspet, this beautiful property had a lovely pool, but in need of some updating.

A dis-used section of this 18th century property, the owners wanted this space completely rebuilt and refurbished to be used as a Gite. With a new mezzanine floor, bathroom, kitchen, new heating and electrics...the transformation is quite remarkable, and as always we try to blend the old with the new.

A 2 month project converting a 120sqm loft into 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. An entirely new floor structure, 4 velux units, full re-wire and more importantly keeping the beautiful architectual beams exposed.

​A tired old kitchen completely renewed, with the entrance changed so the customer had mountain views to go with their new kitchen.

​A surprise loft conversion for a little girl. Her new playroom, with fitted velux, fully insulated, heating and lighting...just needs her favourite colour and all her toys.

Originally a separate toilet and bathroom. This was converted into one room, exposing the beams and a brand new suite with all plumbing updated and carefully selected tiles.

With nearly a metre thick walls, a careful knock through was completed, with new patio doors installed. The next part of the project was renewing all the underground pipework. Finally a brand new terrace with two sets of steps.

A 3 month project in a beautiful campsite in the Ariège. Two separate toilet and shower blocks, one re-vamped and the other a new creation, complete with a disabled toilet and shower. The work involved is too in depth to explain here...hopefully the gallery helps.
